Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026 Returns with Over 1,200 Property, Auto & Art Auction Opportunities
KUALA LUMPUR, July 2026 – Following the successful launch of Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026 in April, NCM Co (Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd), together with co-organiser Owner Auction™, returns with the second edition of this year's Auction Carnival Series on 28 & 29 July 2026 at Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Building on the overwhelming response from the inaugural event, the July edition continues NCM Co's vision of bringing auctions beyond the traditional auction hall by creating an engaging platform where buyers, property owners, investors and businesses can discover opportunities in a vibrant carnival setting. As part of the Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026 series, the event will continue throughout the year, supporting the spirit of Visit Malaysia 2026 while making auctions more accessible to communities across Malaysia.

Visitors can explore more than 1,200 auction opportunities across property, automotive and art, making it one of the largest multi-category auction showcases in Malaysia. Whether searching for a dream home, investment property, repossessed vehicles or unique artworks, the carnival offers something for everyone under one roof.

In line with the spirit of Visit Malaysia 2026, the "Jelajah" theme celebrates exploration and discovery—not only of investment opportunities, but also Malaysia's rich culture and local businesses. Visitors can enjoy live local performances, browse authentic batik vendors, and savour a variety of Malaysian food and beverages while experiencing the excitement of live and hybrid auctions.

Adding to the excitement, visitors stand a chance to win attractive lucky draw prizes throughout the two-day event. Staying true to the event's "Cuti-Cuti Malaysia" theme and by popular demand, this event's grand prizes include a 3 Days 2 Nights all-inclusive stay at Tanjong Jara Resort, two 2 Days 1 Night stays at a participating 5-star hotel of the winner's choice, two RM500 grocery vouchers, and many more exciting prizes. In addition, all registered bidders will receive a complimentary entry gift as a token of appreciation.

Beyond providing opportunities for buyers, the carnival also serves as a platform for property owners seeking an effective disposal solution through Owner Auction™'s market-led auction approach. Corporations, financial institutions, developers and asset owners are also invited to discover Owner Auction™'s comprehensive auction management services for customised property, art and specialised asset auctions, both within and beyond the traditional auction hall.

Admission is free, and the public is invited to experience the excitement of Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026 – July Edition. Visitors are encouraged to check the auction listings in advance to find out when their preferred properties, vehicles or artworks will be auctioned.

The 28 July programme features Property & Auto Auctions, while 29 July includes Property, Auto & lapan Art Auction. With over 1,200 auction opportunities, local food and beverage vendors, cultural performances, batik showcases and exciting activities throughout the two-day carnival, visitors are encouraged to attend both days for the complete Jelajah experience.
