Crest Builder secures RM250.52 mln condo project in Putra Heights

Crest Builder Holdings Bhd will build three condominium blocks with a podium for a parking lot in Putra Heights, Selangor.
Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd has awarded a contract of RM250.52 million to the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd for the development.
The design-and-build contract, according to a filing with the stock exchange today, spans 36 months, from February 2, 2023, to February 2, 2026.
"The directors of the company are of the opinion that the acceptance of the contract is in the best interest of the company," it said.
