Sime Darby Property Bhd achieved a 100 per cent take-up rate for all 44 units of its final addition to the Bandar Ainsdale Lakeside Home series in Bandar Ainsdale, Negeri Sembilan, during the weekend launch recently.

The achievement, according to Datuk Lai Shu Wei, the company's chief marketing and sales officer, shows its strategic marketing abilities to draw in the right clients with the right goods and services.

"We witnessed the market's appetite with the successes of the earlier phases of our Bandar Ainsdale Lakeside Home Series homes and seeing it repeated shows our understanding of the homebuyers' wants and needs.

"We always strive to meet our customers' expectations, going above and beyond with our innovative products at the right locations and marketable price points," he said in a statement.

He added that these most recent additions are a part of Bandar Ainsdale's extra value home series, which draws purchasers from both the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

The double-storey linked residences are close to great services in and around the established township and have features for multi-generational living.

The calm 11-acre Ainsdale Park, which includes a 1.2 km jogging track, an interconnected children's playground, a tiny futsal court, and other family-friendly amenities, has been completed, adding to the township's charm.

The freehold homes include built-ups starting at 1,817 square feet, a 20' x 65' lot, and a four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout.

A dedicated guardhouse and perimeter fencing also ensure the safety and security of homeowners.
