Pisonia Ville 2 is 85pct sold, according to Norliza
Bandar UDA Utama's Pisonia Ville 2 double-storey terrace houses in Johor have garnered more interest than was anticipated by the developer, UDA Holdings Bhd.

According to its chairman Datuk Norliza Abdul Rahim, about 85 per cent of the 53 units available for sale have obtained buyers, although construction only began this month.

The Pisonia Ville 2 houses, which will be built on 2.08 hectares, will have five or six bedrooms and will start from RM732,000.

According to her, more than 500 people had inquired about Pisonia Ville 2 as of May 28.

Norliza said that the project is strategically located within the Bandar UDA Utama development, which is surrounded by various community facilities such as banks, schools, supermarkets, and hospitals.

She anticipates that Pisonia Ville 2 will be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

Pisonia Ville 2 is a continuation of the first package, which sold out in a relatively short time.

This, according to Norliza, motivates UDA to begin the third phase, which is expected to commence in the first quarter of next year.

"To interested buyers, this is a very good investment, like the Pisonia Ville 2 which has a beautiful design and finishing, she said, according to Bernama.

UDA is focusing on empowering sustainable lifestyles through its 'Meriah Raya' property campaign, which aims to increase community property ownership.

The campaign, which runs until tomorrow, aims to promote various property products suitable for all levels, including the B40, M40, and T20, with special rebates and simple ownership.

This initiative also serves as a platform for introducing the most recent UDA products in Penang, Johor, Pahang, Terengganu, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.
