SkyWorld introduces 'SkyCraft', a platform for the public to participate in the home-building process
SkyWorld Development Group plans to work with future homebuyers through SkyCraft to build their dream houses alongside the city developer.

According to the company's chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng, SkyCraft is a co-creation platform that allows the public to participate in the home-building process before SkyWorld begins developing it.

"We want to create quality cityscape living, as we believe the ideas and feedback garnered from SkyCraft will help SkyWorld to build quality homes and elevate the urban sky living experience in a sustainable environment."

"We believe that the opinions of our future homebuyers or SkyCrafter as I would like to address them, matter a lot to us, and through this campaign, we could make homes better, together," he said.

Lee said that SkyCrafters are given the option to craft two distinguished projects via this platform, namely SkyAmanyi in Cheras and SkyRia by the Hills in Taman Melawati.

"We are currently at the drawing board stage for these two projects and it is timely for SkyWorld to engage with our potential homebuyers to see what innovative ideas that are good to have, or must-have, so we can implement them in our new launches and build homes that meet the current market demands," he said.

Lee said SkyCrafters will stand a chance to win exclusive SkyWorld NFT (nonfungible token) art pieces.

"I am proud to announce that SkyWorld is the first developer in Malaysia to do so," he said, adding that the campaign would only be available for a limited time.

He said that all future SkyWorld projects will use this platform to engage with the local community to gain a better understanding of homebuyers' needs and requirements before any new launches take place.
