Highway’s That Offer Toll Discounts This Chinese New Year Holidays
Chinese New Year is a time when everyone needs to travel back to their hometowns, or within the Klang Valley to visit friends and family. Therefore, our readers will be more than happy to note that several highways are offering promotions and special discounts this festive season.

These discounts come at a very suitable time when many are seeking to save money and cut down on travel costs. Without further ado, here are a list of highways and their special offers:

Damansara Puchong Expressway (LDP)

• RM0.60 off for all LDP users regardless of vehicle class and type
• Discount will come into effect on February 8,which is the first day of Chinese New Year 2016 from 12 am until 11.59pm at night
• Therefore the new prices of tolls on this day is RM1.50 for Class 1 vehicles (cars and vans), RM 3.60 for Class 2 (lorries), RM 5.70 for Class 3 (Trailers) and RM0.50 for Taxis and RM 1.00 for Buses.

Sprint Highway

• RM0.20 discount for all Sprint vehicles from every class.
• Similar to the LDP promotion, it runs from 12 am on 8th February to 11.59 pm at night on the same day
• The new rates for each are RM1.80, RM3.80, RM5.80 respectively for cars/vans, lorries and trailers and RM0.80 for taxis and buses

Pantai Toll Plaza

• Users of the Pantai expressway will be allowed to enjoy new, lower rates. Under the plan, the new rates are RM2.30, RM6.80, RM10.30, RM1.60 and RM1.30 for all the classes of vehicles from 1 to 5 respectively.
• The date of implementation is as stated above.

Bukit Kiara Toll

• The final special promotion is at the Buit Kiara toll.
• The new rates are RM2.80, RM5.80, RM8.80, RM1.30 and RM1.80 for Class 1 to Class 5 vehicles
• The date if implementation is stated previously, which is the first day of Chinese New Year
