Fajarbaru ups the ante, indicating that the property market is improving
KUALA LUMPUR: Fajarbaru Land (M) Sdn Bhd, the property development arm of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd, is upping the ante, indicating that the market is improving.

Aside from the Klang Valley and Australia, the developer has embarked on a 146-acre integrated township development in Kuala Krai, Kelantan.

Fajarbaru Land has also signed an agreement with the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) to realise a visionary project called the Medi-City Bandar Cassia, which will serve as a regional medical hub offering eco-tourism and international commercial services.

The 93-hectare Batu Kawan property includes hospitals, a medical campus, a medical supply hub, corporate suites, a rehabilitation centre, a retirement village, and a wellness centre.

In addition, the company recently entered into a joint venture agreement with Care Dynamic Sdn Bhd to establish an industrial city park in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

The Senawang property on 10.9 acres of land will house 672 centralised labour quarters (CLQ) and has an estimated gross development value of RM172.4 million.

Meanwhile in Kuala Lumpur, Fajarbaru Land said that the company's housing project called Vierra Residence has sold out.

Vierra Residence is made up of two towers, Tower A and Tower B, which have 38 and 39 floors, respectively. These towers contain a total of 1,604 units and are situated on a 6.41-acre plot of land.

This development, according to Fajarbaru Land in a recent statement, aims to provide affordable urban living for families and individuals.

Playgrounds, sports courts, co-working spaces, indoor and outdoor gyms, and a 50-metre Olympic-sized infinity pool are among the resort-inspired amenities available at Vierra Residence.

It also has environmentally friendly landscaping, security, and a space-efficient interior design.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom units have an internal area of 900 square feet and are priced at RM300,000 per unit.

The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
